I think this idea is great for many people. People who do not enjoy the same things as the rest of us do should take up hobbies that make them feel like they are part of something bigger than what they currently are. They should also take up sports or get involved in other kinds of activities that bring them together and help them to feel more connected to other people.
The reason people should take up sports is because we need to exercise more to be active than we do now. We need to be more fit to go outside and get exercise. I get that the idea that eating less is good and healthy is nice, but I don’t agree with the conclusion. I think that there are many people who are not in good shape, and those reasons that make them exercise less are not the biggest reasons why.
